Leon Greenberg graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1992 with a Juris Doctor Degree from New York Law School. He was awarded a full tuition merit scholarship by New York Law School and received the Trustees' Prize for achieving the highest four year grade point average of all evening division students.  He worked full time as a law clerk while attending law school.  He is licensed to practice law in New York, Nevada, New Jersey, California and the Federal Courts. He is a member of the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Bar Association, the American Trial Lawyer's Association, the Clark County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the National Lawyer's Guild, and the National Employment Lawyer's Association.

Leon Greenberg earned a Bachelor of Science in Labor Studies from the Harry Van Arsdale School at Empire State College of the State University of New York. He has also earned a certificate in Labor and Industrial Relations from the Labor Liberal Arts program conducted by the Cornell University-New York State School of Industrial and Labor Relations. He is a former Teamster, spent over ten years employed full-time as an industrial, service, and office worker prior to his admission to the bar, and has devoted his law practice to representing workers.  He does not, and never has, represented employers.
