Leon Greenberg graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1992 with a Juris Doctor Degree from New York Law School. He was awarded a full tuition merit
scholarship and received the Trustees' Prize for achieving the highest four year grade point average of all evening division students. Unlike most attorneys, he supported himself by working full time as a law clerk while attending law school at night. He is licensed to practice law in New York, Nevada, New Jersey, California, Pennsylvania and the Federal Courts. He is a member of the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Bar Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Clark County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the National Lawyer's Guild, and
the National Employment Lawyers Association. Leon Greenberg earned a Bachelor of Science in Labor Studies from the Harry Van Arsdale School at Empire State College of the State University of New York. He has also earned a certificate in Labor and Industrial Relations from the Cornell University-New York State School of Industrial and Labor Relations. He earned those degrees while employed full time and attending school at night. He has supported himself by working as a taxi driver, a busboy, a messenger, a file clerk, a factory worker and a legal assistant, among other things. He is a former Teamster and spent over ten years employed full-time as an industrial, service, and office worker prior to his admission to the bar, and has devoted his law practice to representing workers. He is a strong supporter of the union movement and employee rights and does not, and never has, represented employers.
Dana Sniegocki joined the law firm as an associate attorney in 2009. She attended the State University of New York at Stony Brook for three years, subsequently relocating to Las Vegas, Nevada with her family where she received her B.A. in History from the University of Nevada- Las Vegas in 2002. She then went on to law school and graduated Cum Laude in 2007 with a Juris Doctor degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. While in law school, Dana received a Trusteesí Scholarship based on academic merit. She participated in the Center for Law and Social Justice, and received a certificate and graduation honors for completion of the Centerís requirements. She was also named to the Deanís List for six semesters and received a Pro Bono Honors award for volunteering for various legal externships.
During law school, Dana focused her endeavors in the area of Public Interest Law, and completed internships with the American Civil Liberties Union of San Diego and Imperial Counties and the California Innocence Project. Dana also worked as a Faculty Research Assistant performing legislative research for a book focusing on alleged illegal activities of the Bush Administration.
As a law student, Dana participated in two study abroad programs. In 2006 she studied International Human Rights and International Criminal Law at the University of Oxford in Oxford, England as part of the University of San Diegoís Institute on International and Comparative Law. In 2007, she studied International and Comparative Labor and Employment Law at Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China.
Dana was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2008 and the State Bar of Nevada in 2009. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the National Employment Lawyers Association, and the Nevada Justice Association.
A native New Yorker, Dana enjoys traveling, New York sports, reading, and spending time with her two nephews and two nieces.
Sydney Saucier joined the law firm as a paralegal in 2007. She earned a Bachelor Of Arts in Political Science from University of California, Los Angeles in 1978 and a Juris Doctor Degree from the Northrup University School of Law, Inglewood, California in 1983.
Prior to joining the firm, Sydney served as a paralegal for the Office of General Counsel of California State University, a Habeas Paralegal for the Federal Public Defender's office in Los Angeles, California supporting attorneys defending persons charged with capital crimes and as a paralegal for the Criminal Justice Act Panel in Los Angeles, California supporting attorneys defending persons charged with major criminal offenses.
